Our total delivery time is the sum of processing time and transit time. Please note these timeframes before placing an order.

  • United Kingdom: Estimated delivery window including handling is 8 to 11 business days.

Yes, Ruth Jewelry provides free standard shipping to the United States, Australia, and the United Kingdom with no minimum purchase required.

3. How do I track my shipment?

4. Do you ship outside of the United States?

Yes, Ruth Jewelry ships to the United States, Australia, and the United Kingdom. Shipping is free in all three markets.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours. Returns are accepted within 30 days, and we will cover all costs to replace the item at no cost to you, as required by consumer protection laws.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible, unworn, and unused products.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item at our facility. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

8. Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes, all products are backed by a 30-day warranty covering manufacturing defects. This is in addition to the statutory consumer guarantees provided under local laws in Australia and the United Kingdom.

9. How do I request an exchange?

Exchanges are available only for defective or incorrect products. For all other cases, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
