We want you to love your piece just as much as we loved designing it. If it isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. All we ask is that the jewelry comes back to us in acceptable condition and in its original packaging.

For all orders within the USA, we provide free FedEx shipping. There is no paid priority option because it is not needed. Every customer receives the same fast, careful service.
We pack your jewelry by hand in our Wyoming studio and send it out as soon as your order comes in. Once your package is on its way, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it all the way to your doorstep. Delivery times can vary a little depending on where you live, but our promise is simple: we ship quickly and you do not pay for shipping.
Life happens. If a chain snaps or a stone comes loose, contact us with your order number and a photo. Within the first 6 months, we’ll repair or replace pieces that show a problem with materials or craftsmanship whenever possible.
For accidents and well-loved wear beyond that, we’re still happy to look at repair options or offer a discount on a replacement.
